Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is an Internet lead?

A: An Internet lead is a consumer prospect generated from the prospect looking for a service using the World Wide Web. The consumer searched for a wanted service, gave us their information, and has requested contact from a professional.

Q: Does the consumer want to speak with me?

A: Yes, the consumer is looking to speak with you. The consumer is feeling overwhelmed with all the options available and have questions they want answered. Our form clearly states that a professional photographer will be contacting them, so there will be no surprises when the consumer receives your phone call.

Q: Are my leads sold more than once?

A: That will depend on you. We have different packages with different exclusivity. If you choose our exclusive leads, then you'll be the only photographer receiving the lead from the consumer.

Q: Can I replace a "bad lead?"

A: We will certainly replace a bad lead. We take great pride in the leads that we deliver, but we certainly can't guarantee all leads. Bad leads are considered leads that have bad contact information, either a bad email address or phone number. If you receive one of these leads then we will replace it at no cost to you. (after we verify that it's bad a lead)

Q: How will Internet leads help my business?

A: Internet leads have been proven to reach potential consumers who use the Internet to shop for services. There are tens of thousands of potential clients using the Internet for photography services every month and we bring those people to you.
